| Job Duties: | Support the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and their related functions. Co-ordinate and provide campaigns information briefings and communications to all staff. Assist with Database Management and prepare summary reports for different marketing campaigns. Assist in developing and update related analysis and reports regularly. Contribute to finding new and improve campaigns ideas. Assist in preparing monthly marketing program performances. Assist and coordinate with loyalty marketing manager in all aspects to ensure work conducted professionally. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gaming Management, Finance or Statistics Work Experience: Experience in marketing or business support Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient with MS Office and data manipulation Possession of SQL, SAS & Patron Management knowledge is preferred Ability to draw conclusions from analysis Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents.
