| Job Duties: | Act as the daily liaison and process owner with branding and other departments for all respective promotions and events. Co-ordinate with external marketing partners to derive and achieve various marketing functions. Co-ordinate and provide promotions and events information briefings and communications to all staff. Assist from time to time with the execution of any gaming-related collateral production and installation. Contribute to finding new and improve promotions ideas. Provide a high standard of administrative and project support, ensuring the office operates in a professional manner. Assist and coordinate with promotions & events manager in all aspects of event management to ensure project success. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Marketing or Communications Work Experience: Experience in either gaming or non-gaming promotions & events Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient with MS Office Possession of SQL & Patron Management knowledge is preferred Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels of authority Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents.
