| Job Duties: | Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: -Perform work involving the skills of maintenance occupations to keep the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. -Keeps premises of private buildings, apartments and other commercial or institutional building in clean and orderly condition. -Cleans and polished lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim. -Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. -Gather and empty trash. -Notify the owner concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. -Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. -Performs other related duties as assigned by Management. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have an excellent knowledge in general repairs including building maintenance, electrical and carpentry. Must be able to perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnose problems and determine to fix them. Ability to work in a variable schedule on occassion, including weekends and holidays. Preferably with a minimum of 2 years work related experience. |
