| Job Duties: | Maintain hourly records of patient care,condition,progress or problems & to report & discuss observations with visiting U.S Registered Nurses or case manager.Check patients' pulse,temperature, blood pressure,oxygen level & respiration on hourly basis.Provide patient with help moving in and out of beds,baths,wheelchairs or ambulance & with dressing and grooming.Care for patient by changing bed linens,washing and ironing laundry,cleaning or assisting with their personal care.Entertain,converse with or read aloud to patient to keep them mentally healthy and alert.Administer prescribed oral medications under the written direction of Physician or as directed by U.S. Registered Nurse and ensure patient takes his medicine.Accompany patient to Doctor's offices or on their trips outside the home,providing transportation,assistance, and companionship.Direct patient in simple prescribed exercises or in the use of braces or artificial limbs. Clean & sanitize patient's rooms, bathrooms,examination rooms and or other patient areas. |
