| Job Duties: | Report preparation - financial, operation & other reports as required by the holding Company in Tokyo * Capable in representing the Company in all aspects during the annual meeting being held at the Head Office in Tokyo * Government reporting - taxes, permits & licenses * Directs golf course maintenance activities - landscaping, green maintenance and cleaning including checking and approving importation & application of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides & insecticides * Payroll preparation including taxes report summary both for CNMI & Federal Government * Supervises supervisors & accountant * Coordinated with various Japanese, Korean & Chinese Agents in all marketing and sales requirement |

| Qualification Requirements: | College graduate preferably with BA degree * fluent in Japanese language - reading, writing & speaking * at least 10 years experience in managing golf course, restaurant & pro-shop operation all at the same time * Well-verse in preparing operation, financial and other reports as required by the Head Office in Tokyo * Can represent the Company in annual meeting being held at the Head Office in Tokyo * Well-versed in government reporting both for CNMI & Federal government * Well-versed on golf maintenance and knowledgeable with fertilizers herbicides, pesticides and insecticides importation and application |
