Job Title: Host (Premium Service)
Job Duties: Carry out day-to-day operation duties and activities related to premium players and make sure the highest quality of service is being provided to them; Work closely and well communicate with all operation teams including F&B, Hospitality and other concerned departments to deliver services efficiently; Support teamwork with Branch Offices in order to cultivate patronage and help recruit developed players from competitors; Meet and greet premium patrons upon their arrival and departure; Deal with regular guest requests and operation issues, escalate matter appropriately; Demonstrate an open communication with Table Games staff to help improve the accuracy of gaming ratings; Identify and recruit quality Players Club members by signing up potential patrons on floor; Establish a professional and friendly relationship with premium players and contribute to guest satisfaction by displaying quality service and proactively anticipate guest needs; Have a full understanding of all products, facilities available, entertainment, upcoming events promotions, member benefits etc. and introduce to potential customers; Carry out marketing/follow up calls on a regular basis as a part of routine duty assignment; Arrange hotel reservations, transportation and assist on offsite entertainments; Be accessible to customers and co-workers by responding to calls or other means of inquiry in a timely manner; Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification Requirements: Education: High School Graduate. Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Work Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in customer service/ sales/ hospitality. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills, friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude; Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. Adaptability to a fast evolving business environment and operating condition; Be able to problem solve under time constraint and adopt the resource available; Independent with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated; Must have schedule flexibility and be able to work on shifts round the clock, including nights weekends and holidays as need; Team spirit - willingness to learn and self-develop while helping and working closely with others in the team. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Fluency in Mandarin/Korean, proficiency in Cantonese or other Asian dialects will be an advantage.
