| Job Title: | BUILDING MAINTENANCE REPAIRER |
| Job Duties: | Performs variety of skilled duties of the building such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, cement masonry, dry wall or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or remodeling operated buildings and facilities. Builds, repairs, and installs counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors and building framework; uses carpenter's hand tools and power tools. Installs glass in windows, doors, and partitions; replaces damaged ceiling tile, floor tile, and sheet plastic wall coverings. Installs electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed. Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits; replaces faulty electrical switches; repairs refrigeration equipment. Assists as directed in the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, such as: plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, automatic temperature control, electrical or other similar equipment as needed. Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least one or two years experience as Building Maintenance Repairer. Able to work independently. Must have knowledge of tools, equipment and materials used in the various building trades of carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting and electrical repair; occupational hazards and safety practices and procedures. Ability to determine need for repairs and estimate time and material needed to perform a job. Must meet the health and physical condition standards for the proper performance of the duties. Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Must have a valid driver's license and latest Upon PreEmployment police clearance. |
