Job Duties: Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to: Assist in the general office documentations, including preparations of contracts, and documents to be filed with the courts, do online filings on documents using NexisLexis and Pacer accounts and other similar filing procedures, serve documents to various offices and law firms. Prepare billings to client and manage account receivables and payables. Compute and prepare payrolls. Record daily account activities, maintain book of accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly and year end accounting reports. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualification Requirements: Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting and experienced in computer education. With a minimum of 3 years work related experience. Must have previous experienced in assisting Lawyers by investigating facts, preparing legal documents, do online filings and court filings, researching legal precedent, conduct research, formulate and initiate legal action. Must have full knowledge of Windows 8 and 10 operating systems and computer software such as Word, Works, Acrobat Reader, Peachtree and other accounting software. Must have the ability to communicate effective both in orally and in writing. With excellent communication and customer service. Willing to work in flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
