| Job Duties: | Monitor compliance with health regulations regarding food preparation and serving in dining facilities. Monitor food preparation and service methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. Count money. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Coordinate assignments of wait staff to ensure efficiency and proper guest service performance. Prepare work schedules. Assist in training staff & supervisors. Arrange functions with guests. Attend managers’ meetings. Report on status of functions, and staff performance. Assist with supervisor and wait staff duties from time to time. |
