| Job Duties: | Attendants must be able to balance and count cashbox on the hour and must be able to balance with a cashiers report at the end of every shift. Must be able to verify jackpot meter with fellow technician. Assisting patrons of amusement facility and performing minor repairs on game machines is also part of the daily routine. Explaining operations of machines to patrons and exchanging U.S. currency is required of attendants. attendants should also have an open ear to patrons concerns of complaints regarding machine malfunction or daily operations. Answering telephone inquiries and common area cleaning before and at the end of their shift is required. Facility is recorded daily by live video surveillance camera Honesty and pleasant attitude towards co-workers and customers is expected at all times in the amusement facility. |
