Job Title: Surveillance Administrator
Job Duties: Provide administrative support. Arrange and maintain documents. Handle filing and maintain proper records. Arrange meetings, business trips and appointment schedule to senior management. Manage and maintain executives' schedules. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. Make travel arrangements for executives. Meet the attendance guidelines of the department and adhere to departmental and company policies. Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to the company and encourage others to do the same. Perform other job-related duties and assisting for Annual Leave and scheduling process

Qualification Requirements: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Work Experience: Surveillance Operator experience is preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Basic understanding MS Office (Word and Excel). Must maintain a very high level of complete confidentiality relating to Surveillance department business matters and SOPs and any other information. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Independent, analytical and meticulous. Work multitasks and meet tight deadlines. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to write effective reports and memos. Ability to respond to inquiries from employees or guests. Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one, and small group. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to read, write, and speak Chinese language(Putonghua and Cantonese) is preferred.
