| Job Duties: | Wrap, weigh, label and price cuts of meat. Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter, so they will appear attractive and catch the shopper’s eye. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cuts, trims, bones, ties, and grinds meats, such as beef, pork, poultry, and fish, using butcher’s cutlery and powered equipment such as electric grinder and meat cutter to portion and prepare meat in cooking form. Maintains cleanliness of the butcher area. Also, helps in displaying other stocks/items in the shelves, cleaning the retail store area, and packing customers orders. Perform other duties as may be required from time to time by the employer. |
