| Job Duties: | • Troubleshooting and repair of all types of air conditioning units (split type, window type, package centralized and split centralized type of air conditioning units). • Repair domestic appliances such as laundry dryers and washer, refrigerators, coolers, gas and electric range and etc. • Complete information on Work Order forms • Responds to emergency calls to repair and maintain safe and proper operating conditions of appliances sold to various customers • Operate a variety of hand and power tools in the course of maintenance functions including a drill, saw, air compressor, forklift truck, and hot work equipment that includes welding machines and oxy-acetylene. and • Responsible in safekeeping of tools and equipment • Prepares monthly report with regards to daily activities of the appliance service department |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Ability to read and follow manufacturer’s manuals and drawings, ability to spot problems or potential problems and take initiatives to correct them. • Ability to read mechanical and electrical plans and layouts. • Computer literate (performs Microsoft office applications, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Ability to drive forklift • Must have High School Diploma or GED and has completed Appliance including Ref & A/C vocational school training • Must have at least Technician Type Universal Certificate • Must pass pre-employment trade test • At least one or two years on-the-job experience as Appliance and Refrigeration/AC Technician • Must be available and dependable for flexible scheduling of work hours including holidays • Must have a current CNMI Driver’s License |
