| Job Duties: | -Do all Engineering works most specially in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. -Do Project Monitoring (Quantity/Quality) and all project requirements. -Do some structural analysis and design. -Prepare Project Specifications, based in FP 96, FP 2003, MUTCD 2009, etc. -Do Project CAD Drawing / detailing for Project presentation if needed. -Doing Project Site Inspection / Project Accomplishment Monitoring and Materials Quality. -Do Project Site Inspection for Contractor performance Quality of Workmanship. -Doing Reports regarding the Project accomplishments, revisions, actual productions. -Preparing Project Scope of Works, Project Schedule and Duration of Works. -Prepare Project Cost Estimates. -Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be a graduate in a Five (5) year Degree Civil Engineering Course. -Should be a Licensed Civil Engineer (Registered/Certified) from his country point of origin. -Must have Ten(10) years experience in Project Site Supervision or Construction Management. -Must have a knowledge in CAD, Civil 3D and all computer works related to civil engineering. -Should have Ten(10) years experience in Cost Estimating, Planning, and Scheduling. -Can do Job Site Inspection, Project Accomplishment Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation. -Can Inspect/Checked the Contractor Quality of works as specified in Project Plans and Specification. -Must be a minimum of Ten (10) work experience in CNMI as a Civil Engineer in category. -Can Prepare Project Specification for new projects, and must be familiar in FP-96, and FP-2003. -Have a knowledge in Geotechnical Engineering and Soil investigations for Design Foundation. -Can Design and Compute for Erosion Control, Ponding Basin, Percolation Test with Analysis. |
