| Job Duties: | Supervises and assigns housekeepers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness. Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action. Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies and work precedures. Performs cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage. Prepares monthly reports. |

| Qualification Requirements: | A few months to 1 yesr progressive experience in housekeeping at a supervisory level and preferably from a high volume hotel or establishment. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds without any assistance. Must be able to stay on feet for long periods of time. Good organizational and time management skills is essential. Must be able to work flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, week-ends and holidays. |
