| Job Duties: | Responsible for the strategy to increase play for both domestic and multicultural markets with a focus on Asian multicultural markets. • Partner with respective department heads to develop programs to attract diverse markets • Identify premium players locally, regionally and in outer-feeder markets with emphasis on developing relationships with players and regional sales representatives. • Develop and maintain premium player marketing programs that increase market share and company profitability in accordance with all gaming regulations. • Establish and maintain good will of premium players based upon personal interaction • Manage the development and implementation of new programs and promotions to ensure a steady flow of high quality patronage through personalized service to high limit players • Establish processes for measuring and driving sales performance among teams • Fully utilize all corporate tools to drive performance, measurement and develop a productivity based on bonus structure • Ensure team members clearly understand and are held accountable for their performance expectations. • Work as a change agent to improve and streamline department operations, through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, work processes and program effectiveness and value • Demonstrate leadership skills in determining a vision, align and inspire the team to achieve the vision • Coordinate with other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction and efficient operations in a safe, friendly, comfortable environment, by well-trained, motivated employees. • Recommend and implement change to improve overall employee and guest satisfaction • Participate in the financial operating and capital planning processes and makes recommendations that achieve desired financial results. • Direct and lead the preparation of short-term and long-term business plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives, with Operational assistance from all functional areas • Management accountability for all team members for day to day and long term operations to include hiring, training and developing employees which include coaching, mentoring and appropriate performance management up to and including separation • Drive improved program results in all areas of responsibility through staff development and training programs, and established methods, procedures and guidelines to maintain desired standards, and high quality services, then monitor result through inspection, evaluation and analysis. | Qualification Requirements: | • Must have 10 years’ working experience in marketing and/or casino marketing field, preferably worked in a casino resort. • Bachelor’s degree holder or above. • Ability to speak Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean. • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. • Ability to appropriately manage confidential departmental and corporate information. • Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans based on relevant data. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. • Financial and budgetary experience preferred • Maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with guests in a friendly and polite manner. • Ability to address stressful situations with clients with dignity and the utmost tact and politeness. • Must be able to work with others, communicate well and receive direction when needed to achieve department goals and objectives. • Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery-to do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, deal with service failures and prioritize customer or client needs |
