Associates Degree (or equivalent) and two years work experience as a customer service representative in sales and money service business environment OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) and four years work experience as a customer service representative in sales and money service business environment. Demonstrates a highly professional attitude and personal presentation in all verbal and written communications; knowledge of MSB compliance regulations; knowledge of and ability to efficiently utilize various office equipment; MS Office proficient required; flexibility to work any shift; bilingual a plus. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Strong staff collaboration is a standard at MITA Travel.
