| Job Duties: | Ensure all Supervisor and Dealers in assigned locations have both the skill and experience to perform the task allocated. Utilize the resources efficiently to ensure maximum revenues are generated. Build professional rapport with regular players. Inform the ASM/above of necessary table spread adjustment on the day to suit the business demand. To ensure that any notable gaming activity is reported in accordance to company policies. Monitor the behavior of Supervisors and Dealers under the control. Maintain awareness of all gaming activity occurring within an assigned area as well as all employee and guest activities. Protect the integrity of games in an assigned area through the efficient operation and enforcement of department policies. Coach and develop Supervisors where required and encourage them to advise of any dealers in need of assistance or who continually perform well. Complete staff appraisals on a regular basis. Monitor player rating accuracy. Issues complimentary to guests as appropriate Resolve all issues which cannot be readily handled by Supervisors to the satisfaction of the patron. Refer immediately only if the decision required is above your level of authority. Maintains a clean and neat working area ensure al gaming equipment in well condition. Remains vigilant as to any unusual behavior of employees and/or guests notifying management immediately of irregularities and contacts Surveillance when appropriate. Complete administration tasks such as reports and time sheets in a timely manner. Perform other job-related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Work Experience: Minimum 3 Years supervising multiple games at a major casino property with more than 3 years in a casino games supervisory/managerial position preferred. Managerial experience in Asia Pacific will be an advantage. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Computer Skill: Proficient in MS Office and be conversant with reporting systems used. Possess excellent organizational skills. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents.
