| Job Duties: | Manages front office and shuttle staff. Resolves guest concerns and implements resolutions by using discretion and judgement. Communicates effectively both verbal and in writing to provide clear direction to the front desk staff. Observes performance, selects, trains supervises, evaluates , and counsels front office and shuttle staff. Analyzes data and makes decision based on prior experiences and knowledge of circumstances to prepare daily and weekly forecast of arrival and departures. Monitors special reservation requestshandling and oversees rate changes on in-house guests. |

Must be proficient in computer software applications. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours, weekends, and holidays. |
