| Job Duties: | Prepare a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables,desserts, according to customer's orders or supervisor's instructions, following safety and approved procedures. Washes and peels vegetables using knife of peeling machine. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks. Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand. Scrape foods from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyer to dishwashing machines. Segregates and remove trash and garbage and place them in designated containers or bins. Load and unload trucks of supplies and foods (pick-ups and deliveries). Sweeps and mops floor. Perform other related duties as needed. |
