| Job Duties: | •Produce accurate and timely financial reports to be used for internal management reporting (including but not limited to Directors, Senior Executive Management and Business Unit management). • Manage an effective and efficient month-end/annual reporting system and process, utilizing increased automation/technology. Continue to enhance the ERP system to ensure optimal utilization and improve productivity. • Develop and maintain appropriate reporting systems and processes, ensuring the needs of internal and external customers are satisfied. •Liaise with external auditors and casino commission to meet reporting deadlines and address issues. • Ensure the highest levels of service to Business Units and Departmental management in the provision of financial reporting that satisfies their business needs. •Develop, maintain and review policies and procedures pertaining to Financial and Management Accounting and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Ensure controls are in place to protect company assets. •Lead, manage and motivate the finance team. Ensure the development of a technical capable team through recruitment and training. • Manage the interface between the various sources of financial information (including but not limited to Casino Control, Revenue Audit, Purchasing, Payroll) to ensure accurate and timely management reporting. • Provide accurate financial information within timelines. •Continual improvement in processes and controls to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensure professional development requirements of direct reports are met and maintain team spirit. •Staying abreast of industry standards. •Reporting and recording of information that complies with regulatory/government/company internal requirements. • Perform other job related duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned. •Motivates others to achieve business objectives and common goals. •Encourages people to work as a team. • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances. •Clearly understands the strategic Vision of the Company and how it impacts on the Business Unit/function. • Anticipates and assesses issues, risks or opportunities facing the Company and applies effective, creative solutions. •Achieves agreed objectives and accepts accountability for results. |

| Qualification Requirements: | •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. •Recognized post-grad accounting qualifications and accreditation, such as CPA or ICA. •Extensive accounting experience (minimum 5 years) in a management role, with both professional and commercial experience preferable. •Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP standards. •Prior experience in hotel or gaming industry is advantageous. • Advanced knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite programs and ERP systems (SAP preferred). •Displays a high commitment to improving customer service. •Has proven employee and customer orientation. |
