| Job Duties: | (1.)Plan, direct, or coordinate, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. (2.)Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. (3.)Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. (4.)Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines. (5.)Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports. (6.)Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, or other regulations. 4.Implement new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather, or construction site emergencies. (7.)Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with environmental regulations. (8.)Determine labor requirements for dispatching workers to construction sites. |

| Qualification Requirements: | (1.)These occupations require a four-year bachelor's degree.(2.)Must be familiar with the manufacture standard, construction specification, acceptance standard, drawings and material. (3.)Must be familiar with the market condition of steel structure material, erection team and labor market of steel structure . (4.)Must have good command of communication, coordination and team-working ability. (5.)Required at least 8 years working experience in the same position of the steel structure, intermediate professional title or above, with foreign project experience is preferred. (6.)Must be honest, integral, physically fit and with strong adaptability. (7.)Have ability to understand relevant terminology in Chinese and in English preferred. |
