| Job Duties: | (1.)Plan,direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as architecture and engineering or research and development in these fields. (2.)Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects. (3.)Direct, review,or approve project design change. (4.)Confer with management, production or marketing staff to discuss project specifications or procedures. (5.)Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients. (6.)Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. (7.) Be responsible for the technical management of the project from initial design to the completion acceptance, including construction scheme deepening, progress control, coordination between specialties, design quality quarantee and external communication. (8.)Be responsible for the construction plan and drawing check and technology quarantee according to the schedule of the project. Organize the spot check of design quality and quality for the reasonability, feasibility, economical efficiency and the major technical issues. (9.)Be responsible for researching,establishing, revising and implementing each technical management system, organizing to deal with the major quality accident and solve the technical problem. (10.)Be responsible for the technical issues during construction of project. |

| Qualification Requirements: | (1.) Require a Master's degree or Bachelor degree in civil engineering or related. (2.)Required at least (5) years working experience in medium-size steel structure industry. (3.)Professional knowledge and practical experience of building design,construction management and contract cost. (4.)Professional knowledge of detail drawing, cost, design and welding process etc. (5.)Proficient in design software or related engineering software. (6.) Must have a good command of communication, coordination and team-working ability. (7.)Must be proficient in using software CAD. (8.)Intermediate professional title is preferred. (9.)Ability to understand relevant terminology in Chinese and English preferred. |
