| Job Duties: | Responsible for efficient preparation, mixing and serving quality alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage drinks according to standard recipe manual. Providing food and beverage service to all guests/customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction and increased departmental revenue in a manner consistent with standards and in line with hotel policies and procedures. Works in Bar preparing mixing and serving beverages to guests. Works in Restaurants, Waits, Serve, Dishout soiled dishes, prepare table for guests. Perform Bartenders showmanship, flaring bottles behind the Bar to attract guest for their entertainment. Prepare tasks as describe in job skills role. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Manager or Director. |
