Job Title: Table Games Assistant Shift Manager
Job Duties: Administer an efficient operation of all Pit games on assigned shift with highest customer service quality. Liaise with the Shift Manager to coordinate the effective and efficient running of the gaming floor in a real-time environment. Able to work both as a team with the Shift Manager but also take the initiative to resolve situations within the level of authority. Coach and develop staff by giving achievable targets and measurable goals. Mentor and develop team talents. Maintain security of all games, monies and personnel. Remain alert to any unusual or questionable activity by Pit employees or gaming customer and takes appropriate action to correct the situation within established guidelines and procedures. Maintain close ties with guests through personal contact. Analyze customer play for possible cheating, scams, counters, or other unusual play and take appropriate action. Implement and assure compliance with company policies and Local Law. Maintains accurate records and documentation of shift activities reports and communicates with incoming shift management. Assist the Shift Manager in maintaining appropriate scheduling to satisfy business demand in real time. To give full support to the Shift Manager by keeping them informed of relevant incidents, spreads and table action. Resolves player dispute. Greets guests in the casino and participates in social events and special promotions. Trains, counsels, and coaches assigned personnel in the in the performance of their duties, prepares and presents performance appraisal reviews. Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Performs duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to company and encourages others to do the same. Performs other job related duties.

Qualification Requirements: Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Work Experience: Minimum of 4 Years of managerial experience in Table Games operations in sizable property with 100 tables or above, has managerial experience in Asia Pacific will be an advantage. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Hosting skills required, must have a track record of providing excellent customer service. Computer Skill: Fully conversant with Microsoft applications. Positive personality and ability to work in a team and at times independent environment Resolve Player/Staff disputes in a quiet and professional manner Other requirements: Must possess excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to details. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage.
