Job Title: Electronic Gaming Administration Manager
Job Duties: Project provision planning. To liaise with vendors and manufacturers on particular gaming equipment fabrication requirements and criteria set by VP or AVP of EG department. To prepare equipment as needed for any up and coming Electronic Gaming or Table Games projects. To keep accurate inventory record of all slot machines, game kits, spare parts, table game electronic equipment and off-site slot inventory. Working with Technicians and the Purchasing department in sourcing required parts for repairs or replacements. To prepare Purchase Requisitions through company procurement system. To organize outsourcing repair service for all Electronic Gaming and Table Games equipment in a timely manner and control overall expenditure within BPO budget. To liaise with Manufactures on parts deliveries and returns To maintain logistics documentation for all Electronic Gaming and Table Games equipment. To manage the performance of ongoing preventative maintenance to ensure the serviceability of all Slot Machines and Table gaming equipment, as well as the upkeep of their repair records. To maintain equipment to approved standard and schedules. To provide a monthly report of outsourcing repair service, in-house repairing, preventative maintenance, purchasing record and recommendations for departmental improvements. To work with Finance and Warehouse department for all issues regarding Slot asset registration, relocation, disposal and inventory audit activity. To control the access of all gaming software and sensitive equipment in EG Technical Workshop. Project provision planning. Qualification Requirements: Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Certificate in Electronics/Electrical or engineering is desired Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years working knowledge in a Technical environment with exposure to various types of gaming equipment. Experience in maintaining Inventory databases Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Computer Skill: Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, experience in inventory management applications will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred.
