Job Title: Assistant Guest Relation Manager
Job Duties: Responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of Front desk, Guest Relations, Bellman/Drivers, Health spa staff, ARC Shop, Pool Attendants and Reservations. Acts as the main contact for guests and other hotel departments in the absence of Front Office Manager/Director of Operations. Assisting room inventory with high RevPar. Reports and analysis related with room inventory, revenue, and forecast. Supervise overall daily, monthly hotel revenue coming from night front desk clerk and night auditor including charging and collecting. She/he sees to it that maximum guest satisfaction is achieved on guest services availed by guest. Must coordinate all necessary information given out to other sections or departments managers or supervisors to make smooth operations. Agent request must coordinate with director of sales & marketing and reply. To perform other duties as assigned by DHA.

Qualification Requirements: College graduate or equivalent education or equivalent hotel management experiences required. Minimum five (5) years experience of Hotel Front Office Supervisory or related discipline experience. Three (3) years of Spa Management experience.
