| Job Duties: | To assist the Food & Beverage Manager in planning, organizing and directing the overall Food & Beverage Department operation in every aspect in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality,service, and merchandising to maximize profits. Participate in total hotel operational management with F&B Manager on leave and off duty and is fully responsible for the department. Responsible for Managing all Hotel Night Operations in order to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction, profit and safety. Covered time are from 6:00 to 10:30 pm. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent education degree level preferred. More than (3)years of work experience as manager title on overall Food & Beverage operations. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of restaurant operations. Culinary, sales and service background preferred. Open day schedule. An additional hours are required depending on functions, events and room occupancy. Must be flexible for any given schedule and as needed. Bilingual or multilingual language ability preferred. |
