| Job Duties: | Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: Assist in monitoring and coordinating activities of the company. Assist Chinese clients to communicate and translate well regarding clients booking and issuance of tickets. Handle daily sales reports and secure daily collections including bank deposits. In charge in receiving and processing Chinese passports, attestations, notarization and visa applications including delivering the documents to Chinese Consulate in L.A. and contacting the staff in L.A. for transactions. Assist Chinese clients in handling their documents for their travel to CNMI including booking and reservations and any other various documents if needed. PErform other related duties as assigned by management. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of 2 years work related experience. Must be able to assist in monitoring and coordinating activities for travel agency business of the company. Must be able to communicate and translate well to Chinese Clients including issuance of tickets. Must have a valid CNMI driver license. Must be able to secure and handle daily sales collections and do bank transactions. Must be able to perform routine clerical and adminstrative functions. Honest and hardworing, willing to work in flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. |
