| Job Duties: | Responsible for the preparation & cooking of meals as set forth in the approved menu for PSS school meal program. Ensures that quality, texture, temperature & appearance of prepared meals re in compliance with the USDA. Prepares, seasons & cook meat, chicken, fish starches, vegetables & fruits to ensure that sizes & weights are in conformance. Assist in the ordering of food items from outside suppliers & vendors. And any other related duties as assigned from time to time. |
