| Job Duties: | Must be able to balance and count on the hour and must be able to balance her/his cash box to verify jackpot meters with fellow technician. Assisting patrons of amusement facility and performing minor repairs on game machines is also part of the daily routine. Explaining operations of machines to patrons and exchanging U.S currency is required. Attendants should also have an open ear to patrons concerns or complaints regarding machines malfunction or daily operations. Answering telephone inquiries and common area, cleaning before end of the shift is required. Facility is recorded daily by live video surveillance camera. Honestly and pleasant attitude towards co-workers and customers is expected at all times in the amusement. |
