Job Title: Gaming Projects and Administration Supervisor
Job Duties: Coordinating and monitoring tables and electronic gaming change and facilitating the communication with Casino Operations, internal support teams and external suppliers Facilitating and guiding the implement of gaming floor change according to defined timelines and available resources Manage and handle all areas of administrative work for Gaming Projects and Administration team Provide all kinds of documentary support for Table Games and Electronic Gaming Prepare business documentations, including, but not limit to reports, budgets, timelines, government submission documents, forms and memorandums Supervising and supporting all gaming related purchase process, including gaming tables, electronic gaming machines and gaming equipment for Casino Operations Monitoring and maintaining stock inventory of all gaming tables, electronic gaming machines and gaming equipment and ensure all movements and status of inventory is documented accurately Monitoring and assisting all gaming tables’ and slots’ backend configuration in the gaming system Manage performance of ongoing preventative maintenance to ensure the serviceability of all tables, electronic gaming machines and gaming equipment Supporting Casino Operations to ensure all equipment is in good condition Create a positive work environment, demonstrating teamwork and cooperation within the department and other departments Possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: Education: Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree. Higher education would be an advantage. Work Experience: Working experience in gaming industry with exposure to casino operation environment is required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Good communication, analytical and organizing capability Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently Good gaming product knowledge Possess excellent command of Microsoft applications Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate (written/spoken) in Chinese is preferred.
