Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Duties: • Prospect for potential new clients and turn into increased business • Cold call as appropriate within respective market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. • Identify premium players, regionally and in outer-feeder markets with a focus on Asian multicultural market with emphasis on developing relationships with players and regional sales representatives. • Research and build relationships with new clients • Work together with colleagues to take responsibility for the development and deployment of an effective, skilled and competent team of staff. • Plan, develop and execute strategies to entice new players through external networking and following through with “leads”. • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships • Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends. • Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff. • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light. • Perform other job related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: • Degree holder or above • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in casinos and customer service field • Ability to speak and write in Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with guests in a friendly and polite manner. • Must be able to perform shift duties, work on weekends and public holidays, and to be on call throughout guest visit • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
