| Job Duties: | Monitor building security and safety by performing such task as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliances use to ensure that hazards are not created. Gather empty trash. Cleaning floors by sweeping , mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damages to floors and fixtures. Strips, seals, finish, and polish floors. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operation system. Clean windows, glasses, partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges or squeegees. |
