| Job Duties: | Prepares food orders from customers by reading the kitchen receipt and cook it according to company standards. • Set up her/his working area by providing enough stock supply for the whole day operation. • Check and maintain the cleanliness and completeness of the equipments on his/her working area. Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices. • Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking. • Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience. • Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils. • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment. • Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters or patrons. • Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. • Substitute for or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods. • Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods. • Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables to prepare them for consumption. • Practice FIFO with all the premixes, pastry and dairy products. • Performs standard opening and closing procedures on her/his working area by cleaning and sanitizing her/his working area and its equipments. • Perform other duties assigned by the manager/general manager. • |

| Qualification Requirements: | Candidate must have at least a few months to one year in food service as a cook. Must be flexible in schedule which includes early morning, afternoon and late evening/weekends/holidays. Interested applicants need to submit current copy of police clearance, 2 previous work certificate of employment and 2 previous work recommendation and must pass a basic employment test in math, writing, language and reading comprehension. |
