| Job Duties: | Memorize all the recipes needed to make all the espresso beverages according to company standards. Take and serve food/drink orders from customers according to company standards. • Set up her/his working area by providing enough stock supply and premixes for the whole day operation. • Check and maintain the cleanliness and completeness of the equipments on his/her working area. • Read order receipt printed from POS and prepare according to standard recipe. • Practice FIFO with all the premixes, pastry and dairy products. • Performs standard opening and closing procedures on her/his working area by cleaning and sanitizing her/his working area and its equipments. • Perform other duties assigned by the manager/general manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Candidate must have café work experience. Must have a positive attitude and be guest oriented. Must possess a passion for providing excellent customer service. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess basic computational ability. Must be able to exert well-paced mobility in limited space. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. High school or equivalent education required. Previous experience with Micros POS system is an asset. Previous cash handling experience would be an asset. Previous Coffee Shop experience would be an asset. At least 3 years of continuous food-customer service required. Must be flexible in work schedule which includes early morning, afternoon and late evening/weekends/holidays.
