| Job Duties: | • Oversees the cleaning and tidying of the Laundry and equipment • Reacts promptly to all guest complaints and requests • Inspects all guest laundry/dry-cleaning/pressing ensuring all are in good order prior to delivery • Spot check that all items processed are spotlessly clean as per hotel standards and guest satisfaction • Maintains all equipment and report any malfunctioning • Assists in standardizing the method in which laundry tasks will be performed • Responsible for proper operations of equipment ensuring that correct washing/dry-cleaning procedures are followed • Assists Manager in enforcing policies, procedures, rules and regulations as per hotel standards • Adheres to all Company policies and procedures • Reports accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ working experience in Laundry operations in a 5 stars luxury hotel / or large scale laundry setup • High school graduate or above • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of the operation and care of commercial washers, dryers and dry-cleaning machines • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task --Working Conditions-- Ability to work under moist and hot environment -- Physical Requirement--Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects of not more than 15kg on frequent basis without assistance |
