Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Job Duties: The role is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource and administration functions. Develop HR strategy to short and long-range policy and operational issues. Provides effective human resources guidance and support to the business in staffing, compensation and benefit, performance management, employee relations, orientation, policy/procedure interpretation, organizational design and recognition, etc. Manage the development and implementation of staffing strategies to ensure effective recruitment, using practices consistent with company policies and legal requirements. Act as office manager to oversee and direct administrative service in the organization to ensure facility is equipped with supplies. Create and operate a reporting system that allows for timely flow of data between regions of the organization. Budgetary responsibilities include ensuring purchases are within assigned budget. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: University/College graduate with minimum 5 years of related working experience. Excellent in oral and written communications. Local language ability would be an advantage and able to Preferred speak Chinese, Japanese or Korean would be a bonus. • Willing to work flexible hours and must be able to occasionally travel (overnight/day travel). Applicants must be authorized to work in the US and its territories.
