| Job Duties: | Performs general maintenance work to ensure that the structures of the establishments are in good working condition; maintains cleanliness of office, warehouse, parking and backyard of entire building premise; repair or replace defective equipment parts using tools and power tools; performs routine preventive maintenance of buildings, including but not limited to basic electrical works, plumbing and mechanical works; cleaning of parking lot areas and gardening using motor/electric generated tools; maintains and operates building generator. Other general maintenance duties as assigned. |
