| Job Duties: | Assist on overseeing the design, planning and operations concerns of the projects Overseeing building services aspects from inception to project completion stages Provide professional advice and on planning and design of construction relative issues and related technical assessments from operational aspects Provide professional advice and recommendations on repair and improvement works Supervise a team to handle all repair and maintenance works Set up and implement planned preventive maintenance programs for various building equipment and facilities Monitor the operational performance of building equipment and facilities To oversee maintenance activities are upkeep for branch equipment and building assets in a hygienic and efficient condition To provide engineering supports and immediate attendance in emergency situation To comply with company policy and exercise tendering and contract administration and enforcement of contracts To perform facility and equipment performance assessment and give recommendations on repairing or replacement and parts inventory control To monitoring and reviewing frontline technical staff with sufficient manpower to carryout daily routine and ad hoc works efficiently and effectively frequently To give recommendations in costs effective ways on daily operational level To assist and sustain the repair and maintenance standards, frameworks, organization structure, and development priorities for support business objectives Follow up CEO / VP – DD&C’s instruction for any projects / corporate relative issues Assist the team to set up corporate standard from design, technical and operators’ aspects Coordinate with other in-house teams, external consultants and other vendors Provide professional support and technical advice to the team for any potential and/or assigned projects Set-up Training and/or Operation Manuals Set-up the preventative maintenance programs |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor Degree or above in Construction and/or BS Engineering relative discipline. Work Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in FM firm, with at least 5 years in managerial level. Other Requirements: Professional Qualification requested such as Chartered / Professional Engineer (PE), etc. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation.
