Job Title: Director of Electronic Gaming Operation - Learning & Development
Job Duties: To provide direction and oversight for the Electronic Gaming Operation Department To analyze slot machine financial information on a daily basis with the goal of maximizing efficiency and revenue. To oversee security of personnel, moneys and games. To ensure adequate staff training is maintained with highest level of customer services To analyze employee performance so as to maximize efficiency To prepare and evaluates all labor scheduling and manpower To monitor employee adherence to performance standards regularly. To establish and maintain open channels of communication within the department To meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to the regulatory, departmental and company policies To perform other job related duties To develop and create training program for different position staff. To observe and analysis staff’s productivity and performance. To prepare regular staff performance reviews and report to AVP of Electronic Gaming Operation. To provide overall management of the department To ensure all standards and customer service charter is adhered to To ensure effective labor management of the operation To ensure compliance with company policy and local gaming law To establish a team atmosphere where all members are treated with dignity and respect To train, counsel and coach staff in the performance of their duties. To prepare and present regular performance reviews.

Qualification Requirements: Education: High School Graduate or Above Work Experience: Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in management required. Have a track record of effective and successful management within the electronic gaming portion of the gaming industry. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Customer interactions: To possess excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills. To possess a well-groomed appearance. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Flexibility schedule: Able to work any day of the week and any shift. Teamwork: Able to coach and motivate team members get along with peers and co-workers as a team. Team building and problem solving skills are required. Familiar with Paltronics jackpot system and IGT system in Electronic Gaming Operations. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred.
