| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline or equivalent. Work Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in progressive human resources management with no less than 15 years of experience at senior executive level. Hands on experience with at least 3 pre-opening set up of Casino Hotel with workforce in excess of 1,000 and above. Experience in spearheading multiple countries large scale mass recruitment drive to hire employees from junior level to top management. Experience in implementing large scale Talent and Performance Management processes catering for workforce in excess of 1,000 that effectively assess talent across all levels of the company. Experience in implementing programs as well as customized learning options such as ‘Future Leader’ programs, classroom workshops, webinars, and online learning for both Field and Corporate development. Experience in succession planning, talent review and performance management tools are meaningful and optimized for both participants and management. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time.
