Job Title: Room Attendant
Job Duties: • Provide cleaning services by following established checklists and internal standards in an efficient and thorough manner • Check, receive, deliver and maintain the guest room linen and to keep in good condition • Refill amenities and general items of the Floor Pantry and Mini-bar • Shampoo carpeted areas and perform general maintenance of wood and marble surfaces • Check and refill mini bar products and amenities in pantries in accordance with established checklists in an efficient and thorough manner • Maintain and provide general cleaning of guest landing and corridor as assigned • Delivery of special amenities and set up for guest rooms, as may be required • Clean and supply guest rooms and public area according to standards and procedures • Maintain knowledge of the Hotel and guest rooms including facilities, restocking requirement and operations to ensure the quest queries can be answered or referred promptly • Ensure rotation of all mini-bar products • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: • Previous relevant experience is an advantage, preferably with a 5 star hotel • Knowledge of floor maintenance machines, e.g. Single disc, floor polisher, vacuums • Primary school or above • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task Physical Requirements Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects on frequent basis without assistance
