| Job Duties: | Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: Maintains and repairs grounds and buildings of private property including carpentry and plumbing by using hand tools or power tool. Keeps premises of private buildings, apartment houses including yards and other commercial or institutional building in clean and orderly condition. Cleans and polished lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Gather and empty trash. Notify the owner concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Performs other related duties as assigned by Management. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have an excellent knowledge in repairs and maintenance of Buildings of private property and commercial establishments including carpentry and plumbing. Must be able to perform preventive maintenance, can do yard work including planting, landscaping, fencing and care of livestock. Must be atleast high school graduate and can communicate well in English and Chamorro languages. Must have a valid CNMI driver's license and can drive automobiles. Willing to work on flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. |
