| Job Duties: | Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations. See more occupations related to this task. Assists with the inspection of and is responsible for the correct storage of all perishable and other food items received in his section daily and ensures the correct rotation of these items. Controls food spoilage and waste and keeps it to minimum levels. Inspects all fridge, storage areas and work areas in his section, and regularly cleans and tidies them to ensure the correct standard of sanitation, hygiene, and cleanliness is always maintained. Prepares all room service and orders as required. Performs other related duties that may be assigned. |
