| Job Duties: | Administers the efficient operation of all Table Games area through subordinate supervisors ensuring the highest quality customer service exists. Oversees of table games performance on a daily basis with goal of maximizing revenue. Ensure all staff is aware of the company’s policy and direction by holding regular meetings for both giving and receiving ideas of relevant information Maintain security of all personnel, monies and games Must remain alert to any unusual or questionable activity by Table Games employees or gaming customers and takes appropriate action to correct the situation Analyzes customer play for possible cheating, scams, counters, or other unusual play and takes appropriate action Liaise with Workforce Management and VP of gaming to inform of any scheduling anomalies or suggested spread changes. Coach and develop staff giving achievable targets and measurable goals Mentor and develop the ability of the Shift Manager & Assistant Shift Manager under their control Continually stimulate and build staff morale, through coordinating and participating in team activities both within the department and with other departments to build an overall company team ethics. To encourage participation from team members to contribute ideas and feedback observed in a timely manner Maintains accurate records and documentation of shift activities and maintains an open line of communication with all table games employees Trains, counsels and coaches staff in the performance of their duties, prepares and presents regular performance reviews Maintains close ties with guests through personal contact, greets guests in the casino and participates in social events and special promotions Resolves customer complaints. Maintains appropriate scheduling to satisfy the volume in the casino. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to the regulatory, departmental and company policies Implements and assures compliance with company policies and Local Law To develop and lead a strong team of dedicated professionals Analyze and interpret all data to maximize revenues Be innovative and creative regarding product and procedure to streamline the operation Build a culture of development within the department and inter departmental cooperation Perform other job related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: High School graduate or above. Work Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of managerial experience in Table Games operations in sizable property with 200 tables or above, has managerial experience is Asia Pacific will be an advantage. Hosting skills required, must have a track record of providing excellent customer service. Minimum of four (4) years experience in casino management required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Exceptional communication skills with a passion for customer service, creativity and innovation. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. Resolve Player/Staff disputes in a quiet and professional manner. Must possess excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to details. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese will be preferred. |
