| Job Duties: | • Assist the Senior Project Manager for overall project management of construction work for the large integrated resort of the company and achieve timely project delivery within budget. • To co-ordinate, issue of design documentation for all disciplines to the contractors, ensuring that the documentation is appropriately coordinated and issued in accordance with the agreed program. • To resolve the technical issues and requests for information between the building contractor and designer. • Program management of all nominated work, including monitoring and re-programming as necessary to meet project objectives. • Cost planning and management, including identifying and implementing potential cost savings. • Assist the senior project manager for leading the construction team to work with each other’s and create the team spirit. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Degree in engineering /construction management /architectural or related disciplines • 10+ years of relevant experience in construction project management of high-end integrated resort, preferably with overseas construction experience • Sound knowledge in international rules and code of practice (USA) related to construction • Able to work in an international team environment, i.e. able to communicate with different contractors from China, US or other countries • Proactive and self-motivated, excellent work ethics • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese (Written/Spoken) is an advantage • Frequent travel required |
