| Job Title: | M&E Engineer – Electrical Engineering |
| Job Duties: | • Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate program of assigned engineering work and projects. • Ensure control of engineering & technical documentation, ensure construction machines are properly maintained and in good service condition, all testing/ measuring/ test equipment are calibrated and controlled. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports. • Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements. • Design integrated mechanical or alternative systems, such as mechanical cooling systems with natural ventilation systems, to improve energy efficiency •Provides technical advice to staff designers, craft supervisors, inspectors, and contracting service providers, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP systems • Managing all MEP works activities for project. • Liaise with MEP consultant/contractor to solve all site problem. • Supervising site MEP installation work, I.e. Plumb n drain, electrical work, fire alarm system, water supply or ventilation installation. • Implement site quality as per project specification. • Ensuring site safety. • Monitoring testing and commissioning. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines • 4+ years related job experience. • Sound knowledge of international rules and code of practice related to construction • Good communication skills • Excellent technical knowledge • Detail oriented and organizational skills. • Experience in sizable Developer Company in Mainland China is preferred • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese (Written/Spoken) is an advantage |
