| Job Duties: | Responsible for the baking, decorating and overall presentation of all pastry products sold in the cafe. Make proper pre-bake, baking and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion and to achieve consistency and excellence in furnished product so as to provide customers with freshly baked product throughout the day. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Requires a high school diploma or eqivalent. Have at least one year of work related experience as a baker, work experience at a luxury hotel restaurant prefered. Have knowledge of food and hygiene regulations(HACCP). A team player and demonstrate organizatinal skills. Have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence. Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Flexible and willing to assist as needed to ensure all restaurant standards are met. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts,days,evening,night,weekend and holidays. |
