Having working experience in a luxury hotel restaurant is preferred. Have knowledge of food hygiene regulations (HACC). Have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence. Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. Be able to stand for prolonged period of time and must possess a friendly and good manners. |
